Fish

It's a good idea to eat as much fish as you can stand. Fish is high in protein while simultaneously being low in calories. It's one of the healthiest things you can possibly eat. Many scientists believe that one of the main reasons that the Japanese have such a long life span (longer than Americans) is that they eat a lot of fish.

Fish is very high in OMEGA 3 vitamins which are believed by many to lower the risk of heart disease which of course is one of the biggest killers of men in the world.

If you can't stand fish or just don't think you can get anymore into your diet you may want to start taking Omega vitamins such as the ones pictured below (click on the photo to learn more.)

Grilled Chicken

If you are on a diet like I am then I highly recommend eating as much grilled chicken as you can stand. You can get a huge amount of great filling protein with very few calories and fat.

The more filling substantiative food you eat the less space and desire you'll have for junk food.

You don't need a lot, in fact you don't need any, olive oil or any other kind of oil when you are cooking grilled chicken. Use some zero calorie spray if you need it to keep your chicken from sticking to the pan.

Soup For Dieting

As I've mentioned earlier I am currently dieting. I happen to love soup. Luckily for me, soup is one of the best things to eat on a diet. Many soups are extremely low in calories and can still be very filling. Sometimes we're not even as hungry as we think we are. It's just sort of a need to have something in our mouths. To at least feel like we are eating. Soup can do that for you but without adding lots of calories that will derail your dieting plans.
